We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

To begin a return, please contact us at info@happypethappy.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We’ll address the issue promptly to ensure your satisfaction.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about your specific item, please get in touch.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, the quickest approach is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
